Our low-voltage household energy storage systems are engineered to seamlessly integrate with your existing solar setup, providing a reliable and efficient power management solution.

  • Manufacturing Excellence: Each unit features a precision-crafted modular design that allows for easy installation and scalability.

  • Superior Performance: Built with precision LFP cells, our systems provide a high-safety 48V nominal voltage, ensuring optimal performance for residential applications.

  • Quality & Safety Assurance: We prioritize durability through industrial-grade safety sealing and rigorous IP67 waterproof testing. Every system is managed by an integrated smart BMS and certified for a long-life cycle of over 10,000 cycles, guaranteeing years of dependable service.

By choosing our factory-direct, solar-compatible energy solutions, you are investing in a sustainable, high-performance future for your household.

What answer are you find?

This is usually caused by one of the following issues. Please check in this order: Battery aging: Battery lifespan is typically 5-7 years. If your system has been in use for a long time, the battery may need replacement. Dirty or shaded solar panel: Clean the panel surface to remove dust, leaves, or debris, and ensure no new trees or structures are casting shadows. Loose wiring or blown fuse: Check the connections between the charge controller and the battery, and inspect the fuse. If the problem persists, please contact our technical support team.

Solar systems require very little day-to-day maintenance. We recommend periodically cleaning dust and debris off the solar panels (especially after dust storms or autumn leaf fall) to maintain peak charging efficiency. Additionally, as the core energy storage component, the battery will need replacement when it reaches the end of its service life (typically 5-7 years).

The simplest way is to use a multimeter. On a sunny day, measure the voltage directly at the panel\\\'s output terminals. The reading should show a DC voltage matching its nominal specification (e.g., for a nominal 12V panel, the open-circuit voltage might read around 20-22V). An abnormally low or zero reading indicates a potential issue.

No, you can rest assured. All our solar panels are equipped with a blocking diode, which automatically cuts off the circuit at night to prevent current from flowing back from the battery to the panel, thus protecting the battery from unnecessary discharge.

This depends on whether you use our matched solar charge controller, which is an essential system component. The controller\\\'s core function is to prevent battery overcharging. It intelligently regulates the charging current based on the battery\\\'s status and automatically switches to float charging or cuts off the power when the battery is full, ensuring safety and prolonging battery life.
